And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from comprehensive-time mother and grandmother to whole-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived almost all of her everyday living in Lebanon. for thus extensive, she beloved testing her possess recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion didn't depart her home’s nest right until Zali made available her that chance. Now, her homegrown joy and passion for cooking are for you and the planet to flavor!
In all our dishes are flavors which have produced the journey all of Lunch the way from Lebanon. You will take a number of them again house!
We contact them “Mouneh”, an Arabic word for pantry provisions: a variety of homemade jars with preserved and dried delicacies for you to get and check out. They're prepared by our chef or produced by farmers back again residence. “Mouneh”can be a Lebanese custom of preserving food stuff through the seasons.
