Zali is the realization of the desire, 30 decades during the building... inside of a kitchen area, in a house, in Beirut –a relatives that, similar to each individual other household on this planet, was certain that their mom’s cooking, was the ideal.

And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from full-time mom and grandmother to comprehensive-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived a lot of her lifestyle in Lebanon. for thus extended, she beloved screening her personal recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm didn't go away her house’s nest until Zali made available her that chance. Now, her homegrown happiness and fervour for cooking are for yourself and the planet to style!
