Zali is the realization of a desire, thirty several years during the generating... in a very kitchen, in a house, in Beirut –a loved ones that, the same as every other loved ones on earth, was persuaded that their mother’s cooking, was the best.
Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from entire-time mom and grandmother to comprehensive-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived a lot of her life in Lebanon. For so extended, she cherished testing her own recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion didn't leave her property’s nest right up until Zali available her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown contentment and keenness for cooking are for you and the entire world to style!
In all our dishes are flavors which have built the journey all of the way from Lebanon. You will take Lunch many of them again house!
We connect with them “Mouneh”, an Arabic term for pantry provisions: many different handmade jars with preserved and dried delicacies so that you can buy and take a look at. These are organized by our chef or made by farmers back again dwelling. “Mouneh”is a Lebanese tradition of preserving food through the seasons.
